Since inception, Zeeland has successfully undertaken a number of projects both locally and regionally in our core area of maritime civil engineering and general civil infrastructure designs. Zeeland has worked primarily directly as Client design engineer, (i.e. directly engaged by the client) and also as design engineer engaged by the (construction) Contractor.
